We understand that sometimes when you buy on-line the colour of the scarf or handbag may not be the same as you anticipated. You can return any item that you are not completely satisfied with within one month of receipt. If you wish to cancel the order or return any goods please write back to us at admin@somusthaveit.com within seven working days from the day after that on which you receive the good. You must ensure that the goods are treated with reasonable care and that you retun them to us in the original condition. We will not accept returned items that have clearly been damaged or used, i.e. if they smell of smoke or perfume. You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a recorded service as we can not be responsible for items that we do not receive back. We cannot give you a refund for any returns that we do not receive. We refund you your money for any returns once we have received the product back and at the latest within 30 days of receiving the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To return by post
- Write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns address sticker enclosed in your parcel.
- Complete the postal returns note and enclose with your goods.
- Place the returns sticker on the parcel. The returns address is: somusthaveit.com, The Old Stables, Hurworth Grange, Hurworth - on- Tees, County Durham, DL2 2BN
- Take the parcel and despatch note to the Post Office. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on the despatch note which you should retain until you receive your refund.
